2323 Storm Howl is Oongka's panic-button elemental. The R2 + X input releases a roar that creates a wind shockwave, knocking every nearby enemy away from Oongka. The radius is centered on the character and is roughly the same range as his melee reach, so it catches anything in close quarters.

In mountainous or cliff-side battles, aim Storm Howl with a ledge behind the enemy cluster to send them off the map entirely. At 10 Spirit, the cost is low enough that it is safe to use even in routine encounters as a reset tool.
