20+During Chapter 3, activate Familiar Curses in your quests and speak to the guard on the right side of the House of Healing entrance. He sells the full priest set, including this attire, for 10 Silver. House of Healing guards can also drop pieces, but a drop is not guaranteed to contain the full set.
