31+The Skyblazer Cloth Armor chest piece sits behind a rotating wall in the Sanctum of Devotion in southwestern Delesyia. The sanctum's central tower has its main entrance and staircase on the front side. Climb the exterior of that side toward the top of the wall, hold the resist button, and use Focus Force Palm against the golden-ringed section of the wall. The section spins, exposing a hidden chamber with the chest inside.
