26+The Vargon Merchant only becomes available after the Sky Galleon itself has spawned in the sky above Delesyia. That spawn is gated behind defeating Ironwing REN-X, the large flying surveillance craft fielded by the Delesyian Aerial Force faction. Ironwing REN-X is the target of the Wings Across the Sky mission, the last mission in that faction's three-part chain. Some players also complete the faction's other two missions (Aerial Border and Locked Barrier) naturally while progressing the Chapter 11 A Brave New World questline, which relies on the same aerial infiltration setup.

30+There is no fast-travel point on the Galleon itself, so the merchant has to be approached in the air. Three reliable options exist: fly up from a nearby Abyss Nexus using Focused Aerial Roll plus Aerial Force Palm to gain altitude, ride the player's dragon mount (available after Chapter 11), or fly in with Marni's Transporter. Honey Tea and any stamina-recovery food help maintain the glide when approaching from an abyss that is not directly underneath the Galleon.

This is a home decoration piece that cannot be purchased anywhere else, making the 100 Trust grind the only path to owning it. Bring copper pouches and silver pouches from pickpocketing noble districts for the fastest climb; standard gifting caps still apply per in-game day.
