Access the cave from a central island slightly north of the objective marker, then glide to the stairs leading to the cave entrance. Both hands are on nearby cliffs above the cave floor. Use Axiom Force to pull them toward you, they float rather than fall, so bring each one into range, wait for the green glow, and snap them into place.
