Short-Haired Kittens are playful yet calmer than regular kittens, inheriting the relaxed temperament of their adult counterparts. Once you are carrying the cat, you can pet it. Each petting action grants +5 Trust, and you can pet up to five times per in-game day for a maximum of +25 Trust from petting alone. Note that cats cannot pass through doors while you are carrying them.1616You can also feed the Short-Haired Kitten up to three times per in-game day. Drop fish, bird meat, or milk from your inventory near the cat to feed it. Cats refuse regular red meat. Short-Haired Kittens prefer Small Gudgeon as their favorite food.
