2424 The Shiny Blue Sea Lantern is tucked away in a small structure south of Hernand, near Nass River and just south of Unicorn Cliff. Approach from Hernand City, follow the river system down, and skirt around to the Nass River branch. There is a fast travel point south of Unicorn Cliff that makes return trips trivial; activate it while you are in the area.

2626 The perimeter of the region is patrolled by hostile non-human creatures that attack on sight. The lantern is stored inside one of the two small stone-and-wood structures visible at the target X on the map. The same pair of structures hides the Goblin King's Treasure Dagger, so both pickups can be done on a single run.

3030 Fast travel to the point south of Unicorn Cliff and head toward the two structured buildings visible near the river.Clear the handful of enemies patrolling between the structures.Climb up to the smaller building using a precision jump onto the ledge.Crouch and walk forward through the low flap-style door. Stay crouched after you clear the doorway.Turn immediately right once inside. A treasure chest is tucked directly behind the entrance; this chest holds the Goblin King's Treasure Dagger.Continue into the main chamber. The Shiny Blue Sea Lantern sits behind a puzzle door.

3434 The door uses a picture-matching puzzle. Two of the tiles are already fixed (the top row is a cat holding bottles). You need to slot the remaining tiles into place so the image reads correctly:
