1313 Proceed to the bridge in Beighen and meet Torstein there. Mount your horse and travel alongside him. The ride proceeds through the countryside until a cutscene triggers automatically, advancing the story and parting ways.

1717 After parting from Torstein, continue independently heading northward through woodland terrain. Follow the objective marker until you reach a red-colored structure. Enter this building to trigger a cutscene. Successfully securing the safe house completes the quest.
