11 During the Ritual Preparations main quest in Chapter 8, Kliff must read the memories embedded in shipwrecks along a beach. This objective uses the lantern and the Visione Helmet to reveal and view ghostly memories. The process can be a bit finicky, so here is exactly what to do.

99 Head to the beach area marked on your map. Defeat all the enemies in the area before attempting to search for memories. Fighting while trying to focus the lantern is unnecessarily difficult.

1313 Look at your minimap for the small orange search zone. Move to the center of this zone and hold L1 (LB on Xbox) to focus your lantern on the ground. Scan the area slowly until you see blue ghost outlines appear. A "Learning in Progress" notification pops up when you have found the right spot.
