1212 Beyond the standard silver and reputation listed on the quest rewards panel, Reactivate the Drilling Rig triggers a permanent upgrade to the provisioner's shop in Tinkerton. The unlock is not advertised in the quest rewards screen and many players miss it entirely.

1414 After you complete the puzzle at the rig and return to Cordelia in Tinkerton to wrap the quest, fast travel away from Tinkerton and then come back. This forces a town state refresh. The provisioner's inventory now rotates in three items that are normally rare or difficult to obtain:

1616 Wooden Lantern, the first confirmation for most players that the lantern slot can even be swapped out.Flawless Timber, which otherwise requires an artisan's axe and careful logging site selection.Pure White Dye, used for bright white armor and cloak tinting.
