1212 The Plate Gloves of the Shadows are found inside Everfrost Cave, a pure ice cave hidden in the mountainside within the Everfrost region of Hernand. The cave is located in the far eastern part of Hernand.

1414 To reach the cave, follow the river that runs underneath the word "Hernand" on the map, then take a left turn up the rocky mountains. Look for an entrance built into the mountainside wall. The path to the cave skirts close to the edge of the playable area, so you may see boundary warnings as you approach.

1616 Once inside Everfrost Cave, the environment is entirely covered in ice. Your character may slip on the icy surfaces, so move carefully. The gloves are inside a treasure chest deeper within the cave. No combat is required to pick them up; simply open the chest.

1818 Getting out of the cave may require some careful jumping due to the slippery ice floor. Take your time navigating the icy terrain on the way back.

Avoid sprinting and take turns slowly to prevent slipping off ledges.Consider picking up these gloves on the same trip as the other Shadows pieces in the Everfrost area, since the Plate Boots of the Shadows and Plate Armor of the Shadows are all located nearby.
