33 Path to Enlightenment is a quest in the Six Pensive Statues and the Evil Spirit sub-chapter of Chapter 9: The Sage of the Desert. With the pensive statues restored, the path to deeper spiritual understanding opens. The Chief Monk directs Kliff to three trial locations spread across the Serpent Marsh. Each trial tests a different aspect of a warrior's character: discipline, raw power, and understanding.

1515 After completing the statue repairs, the Chief Monk explains the spiritual framework behind the three trials. Each trial is located at a different site in the Serpent Marsh. The first trial, the Trial of Discipline, is the closest to Jijeong Temple and involves stealth and restraint. The second trial (Path of the Disciple) tests raw combat strength. The third trial (True Strength) tests understanding and culminates in a boss fight.

1717 The quest itself is primarily a travel and dialogue sequence. Follow the quest markers to reach the first trial location. There is no combat during this transition quest. Once you arrive and enter the trial area, the next quest begins automatically.
