The real power of the Palmar Pill comes from learning its recipe, which allows you to craft as many as you want using gathered materials. It is not required, but it stacks additively over a long farming run and is worth equipping while the Kuku unlocks are still out of reach.135135Longhorn Fast-Travel Reset Loop137137The cleanest way to stockpile Young White-Striped Longhorn horns for the refined pill recipe is the fast-travel point just west of Scholar Stone Institute. This point has an unusually high deer spawn density, and fast-traveling back to the same marker resets the herd with no loading screen, which makes it the fastest known deer loop in the game.139139Fast travel to the point west of Scholar Stone Institute. Look for the deer herd spawning within line of sight of the marker.Identify the antlered deer. Short or long horns both drop longhorns, so any antlered deer is a valid target; antler-less does drop no usable parts.Take the antlered deer out. A Poison Arrow one-shots most of them, and equipping the Disguise Cloak (deer disguise) stops the herd from running before the first shot.Skin the kill to pull the longhorn from the carcass.Open the map and fast travel back to the exact same point.
