2727 To forge a weapon from this manual, visit any blacksmith in a town or settlement. Open the smithy menu, navigate to the One-Handed Weapons section, and select the weapon you want to create. The required ore is deducted from your inventory, and the weapon is produced instantly. Smithies also allow you to refine existing weapons, which incrementally increases their base Attack stat. Refinement costs additional ore.

The Glenmore Sword and Crude Club both offer Attack Speed bonuses that make early combat smoother.Iron Ore and Copper Ore are found throughout the Hernand region. Mine ore deposits along cliff faces and inside caves to stock up before your first smithy visit.Even if you prefer two-handed weapons, having a one-handed weapon available gives you a faster swap option for enemies that punish slow attacks.After forging a weapon, take it to a Witch and install offensive Abyss Cores like Destruction I or Gale I to round out its damage output.
