The Phoenix roams the skies near the Merchant's Resting Place watering hole, south of the Trader Expanse in the Crimson Desert region, just north of Valencia. It flies with a small flock of colorful parrots, which makes it easy to spot from the nearby fast travel point. Skinning the downed body yields both the Nightmare Burner wall decoration and a Phoenix Feather, the key crafting component used to bond with the Phoenix as a pet.
