1717 Rocca's Hill Beacon is located northeast of the City of Hernand. The beacon area is occupied by a group of Bleed Bandits. Upon discovering the occupied location, the quest is added to your Hernand Politics faction quest list.

1919 Clear out the Bleed Bandits stationed around the beacon. A progress bar tracks your liberation progress as you defeat enemies. The bandits at this location are grouped in small clusters, making it possible to engage them piecemeal rather than all at once.

2121 Combat Tip: Using a character equipped with a spear or two-handed weapon makes the liberation easier due to the wider attack arcs and crowd control potential. If you have access to Damiane, her speed and area attacks are also effective.
