2020 Mysterious Arrow is the opening step of the Hernandian Parish of Solomon questline. The quest tasks the player with investigating a cryptic note that points toward the Ruined Chapel in southern Hernand. The arrow and note only appear after House Celeste has progressed far enough to open the Legendary Animals and Legendary Hunter chains, which is the true unlock requirement for the parish questline.

2424 Following the note's instructions leads directly into the next stage, Bloodied Sanctum, where Sysleck the Insatiable is fought inside the ruined chapel. Completing the sanctum quest rewards the Shadow Gloves, the Goldbranch Plate Crown, and the Greedy Lightningblade. Treat Mysterious Arrow as the first half of a two-quest reward run and be ready for a boss fight at the end.
