28+The Long-Tailed Tit is one of the smaller birds added to the pet roster in Patch 1.04.00. It is captured with the Sotdae of Bond, the bird-feeder item awarded by the Pororin faction quest line, and follows the same place-feed-wait loop used for every other tameable bird. The Long-Tailed Tit is unusually small even by tit standards, so it is easy to miss in the air; it is often easier to spot on the minimap radar than against the sky. Once tamed, it perches on the player's shoulder during exploration like the other small companion birds.

32+The most reliable spawn area sits near the Spire of Ringing Truth in the Pailune mountain region. The shortest approach is to head past Wayward Woods and downhill from the Skoghorn Tribe area. There are two fast-travel points around the spire; use the higher of the two and place the Sotdae of Bond on the cliffside facing the open sky, where the small bird flock cycles. Early-morning hours through to mid-afternoon produce the most landings because the flock patrols the ridge most actively during those windows.
