Both the Digital Deluxe Edition ($79.99) and the Physical Deluxe Edition ($89.99) include this armor as part of the Deluxe Pack, along with the Balgran Shield and the Exclaire Horse Tack Set. The Deluxe Pack will be available for separate purchase after release.
