Buying Crimson Desert through the Xbox Store qualifies it for Xbox Play Anywhere: one purchase covers Xbox consoles and PC through the Microsoft Store app, and save data syncs between those two. That entitlement is independent of the 1.14.00 cross-save feature and does not extend to Steam, the Epic Games Store, or PlayStation.
