Its public stance opposes the unjust seizures of power that have rolled through the kingdom, and it leads the organized resistance against Grand General Bastier's faction. Beatrice Azerian, a named Azerian figure, sits at the center of the house's political thread before her disappearance sets off much of the middle and late Demeniss storyline.

1616 During the events of Chapter 8, the player can formally establish an alliance with House Azerian. Countess Azerian, the ruling head of the house at this point, can be found at her manor in Demeniss where she thanks the player for their help. The house also maintains long-standing friendships with House Elemore, which both deepens its political network and exposes it to retaliation from House Marshell and Bastier's Inquisitors.

2424 Like every faction in Crimson Desert, this group sits inside the game's five-tier reputation system: War, Hostile, Neutral, Friendly, and Alliance. Most factions begin at Neutral when first encountered, and reputation shifts as the player completes faction quests, contracts, and related world content. Reaching Alliance unlocks three compounding benefits: allied troops that assist in combat inside the faction's territory, exclusive vendors carrying items not sold anywhere else, and restricted resource nodes such as mining deposits, ingredient patches, and hidden dungeons.
