1010 The Grotevant Plate Helm is obtained by purchasing and playing Crimson Desert on the PS5. All PS5 players receive the full Grotevant Plate Set regardless of edition. The set is not available on PC or Xbox.

1616 The Grotevant Plate Helm provides a high 5 DEF at the start of the game, which is competitive with mid-game headgear. It has no special effects or Abyss Gear slots, so its value is purely in raw defense. The Kairos Plate Helm (Deluxe Edition bonus) shares the same 5 DEF stat. As players progress, helms with special effects like the Carta Plate Helm (Daze Immunity) or the Black Bear Gas Mask (Brimstone Immunity) may be preferable despite offering lower base defense.
