The village can be reached by completing the Unreachable Village quest, which involves retrieving the Pororin Relic from a tree creature and delivering it to Arkin.

How to Reach Florindale

Access to Florindale is gated behind the Unreachable Village quest. Players must find and retrieve the Pororin Relic, then deliver it to an NPC named Arkin. Once the relic is returned, the path to Florindale opens up and the village becomes freely accessible for future visits.
