1818 Travel to the Stone Well Farm in the Demeniss region.Look for a small tower in the middle of the farm.Climb the ladder on the nearby building to reach the rooftop.Jump across from the building to the tower.The helmet is inside a chest on the top floor of the tower.

2020 Warning: Be careful when looting the chest. There is a large hole in the middle of the tower floor, and it is very easy to fall through while approaching the chest.
