Equipping fire-resistant gear before entering these zones prevents Stamina and speed penalties.Fire-element enemies: Enemies that deal fire damage, including bosses with burn attacks, have their damage reduced by your Fire Resistance rating. Stacking resistance before a fire-heavy boss encounter is worthwhile if you know what you are going into.
