Samara uses Explosive Evasive Shot as part of her ranged combat kit during the boss encounter, and a successful observation of her performing the attack adds it to the player's Watch and Learn queue. Completing the observation awards the skill to the player once the queue entry is finalized. This is an alternative route for players who have not yet invested the prerequisite Evasive Shot rank 3 in their own skill tree.

25+The Watch and Learn approach pairs cleanly with the Nature's Snare counter strategy that already trivializes the Samara encounter. Raise Nature's Snare to absorb her volleys while patiently observing the Explosive Evasive Shot tell, then commit to the kill after the observation finishes. This turns a single boss run into both a skill unlock and the standard reward drops without extending the fight duration beyond the observation window.
