24+The Executioner of Darkness Plate Cloak is found near Arrowhead Rock on the western coast of Delesyia. On the north side of the island there is a tall rock pillar standing slightly offshore. At ground level, on the eastern face of that pillar, a small cave mouth is cut into the rock. The chest holding the cloak sits inside the cave. The approach is a light swim and a short climb, with no enemies patrolling the area.
