3131 The Executioner of Darkness Plate Boots are hidden off the western coast of Delesyia. Three rock pillars sit in a row just offshore in this stretch of water. Aim for the middle pillar and climb its landward face. Roughly halfway up there is a small crevice cut horizontally into the rock that holds the chest with the boots. The climb is short and does not require the Focus Force Palm ability.
