1515 Elemental Scatter Shot is especially potent because Scatter Shot fires multiple projectiles, each applying the elemental effect separately. A frost-imbued Scatter Shot can slow an entire group at once. This requires Imbue Element Level 3, so plan your Health tree investment accordingly.
