1414 Start by reading Bran's poster at the Goldleaf Guildhouse Notice Board in Serkis Estate, southeast of the City of Hernand. Travel to Bran's Tannery on the eastern side of the city. Speak with him to learn about his spinning wheel problem.

1616 Approach the spinning wheel near his shop. Hold the interact button (X on PlayStation / A on Xbox) to grab hold of it, then rapidly press the action button to spin it until it stops. This is a simple minigame with no fail condition. After the wheel completes its cycle, speak with Bran again to finish the quest.
