1010 The Blackwing Leather Boots are located inside the church tower at St. Halssius's House of Healing, within the Serkis Estate area of Hernand. The boots sit in a hidden chest beneath a concealed floor panel that can only be opened with Force Punch.

1414 Travel to St. Halssius's House of Healing. The building is accessible during the Familiar Curses questline or through free exploration.Once inside the grounds, look for the tall church building with prisoner cells inside. Climb above the entrance and make your way to the top of the tower.Enter the tower through the open window near the top.On the floor of the tower room, locate the central tile. Crouch and use Force Punch on it. The tile will flip open, dropping Kliff down to a lower chamber.Open the treasure chest in the chamber below to claim the Blackwing Leather Boots.
