Overview

Bilwise is a Shai encountered in the Meandering Hills. She has an eccentric personality and an innocent nature, often rambling about herself at length. Despite this quirky habit, Bilwise is a helpful NPC who can provide the player with an inventory expansion, increasing available inventory slots.
