1-The Baltheon Armor is a plate armor outfit that became equippable on Kliff in Patch 1.04.00. The set existed in the game data prior to the patch but could not be worn by any playable character; the 1.04 update repositioned the chest piece into Kliff's plate slot rotation and tuned the matching headgear so the full outfit can now be assembled in-game.
1+The Baltheon Armor is a plate armor outfit that became equippable on Kliff in Patch 1.04.00. The official update names a new Baltheon outfit for Kliff. Earlier notes further describe pre-patch inaccessibility and changes to the chest and matching headgear; those earlier implementation details are separate from the named new-outfit announcement.

8-The armor is sourced through the same loot and vendor channels used by the rest of the previously inaccessible outfits brought online in 1.04. Specific drop locations and any quest-gated copies are still being mapped by the community as the patch settles in; players should check the standard plate-armor loot tables and the back-alley vendor rotations.
8+The specifically named Baltheon Plate Armor record describes a master-smith status outfit and lists Kliff and Oongka. Its Defense runs 4 at +0 to 41 at +10; the 1.04.00 announcement specifically added an outfit for Kliff, which is a historical statement rather than a complete current wearer census. Ordinary refinement starts with two Iron Ore, adds Copper Ore/Large Bone/Bismuth Ore, and ends with one Aeserion's Scale and one Abyss Artifact. The record names Lederson at Her Equipment. It does not independently prove every pre-patch item flag, how existing saves migrated or a whole-set mechanical bonus.

10+The older acquisition account refers to generic loot/vendor channels and possible drop locations or quest gates, without a newly verified route for each. The matching specifically named Baltheon Plate Armor record instead provides Lederson at Her Equipment as a concrete seller reference; current stock and first-access conditions still need checking.

1214 The outfit's matching headgear, the Baltheon Plate Helm, is the renamed and tuned successor to the Rekhia Plate Helm. With both pieces equipped Kliff wears the full Baltheon set, which lines up visually as a single themed outfit. See the helmet article for the rename history and updated stats.
