88 Pet Outfits are purchased from Pets - Tailor's Shop locations. Two shops exist in the game:

1010 Milou's Tailor Shop in Pororin Village (Hernand region): Sells the full range of cat and puppy outfits. Requires completing the "The Unreachable Village" and "Authorized Access" faction quests to unlock access to Pororin Village.Demeniss Tailor Shop (southwest of Demeniss Castle): Sells a limited selection including the Rescue Puppy Outfit and Puppy Plate Armor. Accessible around Chapter 8, though early visitors may encounter hostile soldiers in the area.

1212 Each outfit costs 2.40 Silver Coins. Silver Coins are earned through region liberation, looting bandits, bank investments, and various other activities. Additional outfits can be unlocked by raising the shop owner's trust level through gift-giving.

1616 To equip a pet outfit, open your inventory and switch to the Pets tab. Select the pet you want to dress, scroll to the outfit in your inventory, and press Equip. You must first tame a pet by raising an animal's trust to 100 through petting and feeding before pet tailor shops appear on the map.

2020 Pet Outfits are purely cosmetic and do not provide stat bonuses or affect gameplay. Since pets do not participate in combat, all pet gear is visual customization. The outfit styles range from cloth clothing (Peddler, Rescue, Uniform) to plate armor, each with matching helms available separately.
