2525 The Abyssal Fusion material is the key ingredient for crafting the Abyssal Dragon Armor, a special piece of equipment that strengthens your dragon mount Blackstar. After gathering all components and crafting the Abyssal Fusion at Grimnir's Kuku Shop, travel to the Nest of Valor, a floating Abyss island located above Dry Valley (the same location where the Chapter 9 fight with Goyen takes place). Upon arrival, a cutscene plays in which the armor mechanism wraps around Blackstar in a dramatic transformation sequence, permanently applying the armor to your dragon.
