11 Character swapping is a core combat mechanic in Varsapura. Players bring a party of 3 Hollowones into combat and can switch the active character with a button press at any point during a fight. The swap is near-instant and triggers Cooperative Technique chain attacks.

When a player swaps mid-combo, the outgoing character's outro flows directly into the incoming character's intro with no gap. This creates a window of coordinated damage from both characters simultaneously.
