11SILENT HILL: Townfall ships in a Standard Edition and a Digital Deluxe Edition. The Standard exists as both a physical disc and a download; the Deluxe is digital only. Pre-orders opened June 2, 2026, and the game was released on September 24, 2026. Konami's Japanese launch release specifies that the boxed edition is PlayStation 5 only and that the Deluxe Edition is download only.22Before release Konami noted that the bonus items were still in development and that the final versions at launch might differ.44Editions66EditionFormatPriceContentsStandard EditionDigital44.99 GBP / 49.99 EUR / 49.99 USDFull gameStandard EditionPhysicalVaries by retailerFull game on disc. The remaining figures are the prices shown on the storefronts themselves, read on September 15, 2026.1314One small discrepancy is worth knowing rather than worrying about: the sterling Standard price is 44.99 in Konami's own release and 44.98 on the Steam listing. Both are real figures on their own surface.1516CurrencyStandardDeluxePounds sterling44.9949.99Euros49.9959.99US dollars49.9959.99Japanese yen7,4808,580Australian dollars69.9484.95Canadian dollars66.9979.99Brazilian reais284.90339.901718BonusEditionsNotesCRTV Style: RustedStandard and DeluxeA cosmetic that changes how the CRTV looks. Listed under pre-order bonuses on Steam, on the PlayStation Store and on Konami's own product page.1819The Bonus Application1920The Deluxe Edition's digital artbook and digital soundtrack are not separate downloads. Both are contained inside a companion piece of software Konami calls the SILENT HILL: Townfall Bonus Application, and Konami states plainly, in both its US and Japanese product pages, that the artbook and soundtrack cannot be downloaded through that application. The artbook is described as interactive. The Steam version is the one exception Konami's product page allows for: its Deluxe Edition panel states that the digital soundtrack can be downloaded in MP3 or WAV format from the Steam launcher. The Steam listing's own Deluxe Edition description, read on September 27, 2026, says instead that the contents cannot be downloaded from the application in a selected format, so the two official surfaces disagree. Composer credits are on Music and Audio.2122The Deluxe Edition's 48-hour early access put play two days before the September 24 launch, on September 22. Steam surfaced it as an Advance Access module on the edition, telling pre-purchasers they could start two days ahead of full release, and the PlayStation Store listed the 48-hour Early Access by name among the Digital Deluxe pre-order bonuses, with that edition's own unlock at local midnight on September 22 in each region. Konami's launch announcement lists the two CRTV styles as Standard Edition early purchase or pre-order bonus items, and the digital artbook, digital soundtrack and Simon's alternate outfit as the Deluxe Edition's bonus items. After launch the Steam listing replaced its pre-order section with a single image of the Deluxe Edition's contents. Unlock times by region are on Release Date and Platforms.2324Konami also ran a Tokyo Game Show giveaway for Deluxe pre-purchasers: an original shirt handed out at the booth on the public days against a purchase confirmation email from PlayStation Store, Steam or the Epic Games Store. The show's final public day was cancelled by a typhoon, so the giveaway ran on September 19 and 20 only; a separate official Townfall shirt was sold at the booth shop for 5,500 yen.
