1515 Fleming Tower is the headquarters of the Fleming Collective, a capitalist organization that came to Iia from the region of Aurumidas. The Collective is represented in town by a Flemingite delegate. It is one of three power groups detailed for the Evolution Test, the others being the rescue-minded Nexus Association and the human-supremacist True Nexus Syndicate.
