Genigods: Nezha is a single-player action role-playing game in development at Genigods Lab, a Hong Kong studio. It is set against the chaotic backdrop of ancient Chinese genesis mythology, and casts the player as the Spirit Pearl, the first life forged by the goddess Nüwa from earth, water, and fire, who is reincarnated as Nezha.

The game was first revealed in January 2026 and received a global gameplay premiere during the opening night livestream of gamescom on August 25, 2026, where an Xbox Series version was added to the previously announced PlayStation 5 and PC releases. A hands-on demo was available at platform booths at the show from August 26 to August 30, 2026. Release is planned for 2028.
Genigods Lab describes it as a premium, pay-upfront title, which distinguishes it from the free-to-play model common to much of the mythological action genre.

Setting in Brief
Pangu, the Genesis God, has fallen into an eternal slumber and left the realm in chaos. Ten suns scorch the land into a crimson desert, gods wage ceaseless wars that tear the sky apart, and with the celestial pillars collapsed, monsters climb up from the abyss. Story and Setting covers the premise and the player's three central quests in full.
Combat in Brief
Combat is built on three named systems. Dual Stances splits fighting between ground and air, Fluid-mystic channels the divine water carried in the Heart of the Spirit Pearl, and Relic-Fusion pairs mythic treasures to produce new skills. The studio also frames the whole system around Bruce Lee's "Be Water" philosophy and techniques adapted from Jeet Kune Do. Combat System is the entry point for all of it.
